Thank you for choosing The Drug Store. We are committed to providing you with a reliable and transparent shipping experience. Please review our shipping and compliance guidelines below:

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We ship to all 50 States, US Minor outlying territories, and APO/FPO addresses. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

PROCESSING AND TRACKING
We work to process your order as quickly as possible. In some instances, processing time can take up to 72 hours. Please allow up to 72 hours to receive your tracking information.

SHIPPING SCHEDULE
Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Orders received on Saturday after 1:00 PM PST will ship within 48 hours (typically Monday). The cut-off time for same-day Express delivery is 10:00 AM PST.

TERMS AND LIABILITY
All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Shipping charges are non-refundable on First Class and Priority parcels. We cannot accept liability for lost, stolen, or delayed orders. In these cases, we recommend addressing the issue with your local post office.

 

LEGAL COMPLIANCE AND INTERSTATE COMMERCE

OVERVIEW
This policy confirms that products from The Drug Store are federally legal for customer shipping in accordance with the 2018 Farm Bill, USDA Final Rule, and the DEA Final Rule. Our products contain less than 0.3% delta-9 THC, which establishes the legal framework for lawful commerce and transport.

2018 FARM BILL
Signed into law in December 2018, this bill removed hemp—defined as Cannabis Sativa L. and derivatives with no more than 0.3% delta-9 THC—from the definition of marijuana in the Controlled Substances Act (CSA).

DEA INTERIM FINAL RULE (IFR)
Published August 21, 2020, this rule clarifies that hemp products are not controlled substances. Derivatives remain exempt from Schedule I status as long as they do not exceed the 0.3% delta-9 THC limit on a dry weight basis.

INTERSTATE TRANSPORTATION
The 2018 Farm Bill includes a provision making it illegal for states to prohibit the interstate transportation or shipment of hemp products produced in accordance with federal law. The Drug Store and its customers are permitted to transport and ship hemp products lawfully in commerce provided they maintain compliance with the 0.3% delta-9 THC limit.
