We work to process your order as quickly as possible. Processing time can take up to 72 hours to prepare your items and send your tracking information.Please note that business days exclude weekends and holidays. For example, orders received on Saturday after 12:00 PM CST will typically ship within 48 hours (usually on Monday).

All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Shipping charges are non-refundable on First Class and Priority parcels. If you experience issues with a lost, stolen, or delayed order, we recommend addressing the concern directly with your local post office.

Yes! Orders over $100 qualify for FREE USPS Priority Mail shipping.

For your security and compliance, shipments totaling over $200 require an adult signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone available is present to sign for the package to avoid delivery delays.

Yes, shipping insurance is included with every order by default to protect against loss, damage, or theft in transit. While you may opt out in your cart, we strongly recommend keeping it to ensure your delivery is fully covered.

Absolutely. All orders are professionally and discreetly packaged in unbranded parcels to protect your privacy. Every shipment also includes an invoice and a convenient QR code linking directly to the Certificate of Analysis (COA) for your products.

Yes. All of our hemp-derived products are federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill and contain no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days for unopened items in original packaging by contacting orders@shopthedrugstore.com. Customers cover return shipping, and a 25% restocking fee applies to items showing physical damage or misuse. Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours. Unfortunately no, we do not ship internationally. We currently ship exclusively within the United States, covering all 50 U.S. states, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO military addresses.
